User Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your information, email privacy@goarmadillo.io with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request.”

Please include:

• Your full name.
• The email address or telephone number associated with your interaction.
• The lender or company with which you were interacting, if applicable.
• A description of the information or account you want deleted.

We may request additional information to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized deletion requests.

What happens after a request

After verifying your request, Armadillo will delete or de-identify personal information under its control, including applicable account information, Meta or WhatsApp connection identifiers, communication records, and other associated information, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

If Armadillo processed your information on behalf of a lender, that lender may be the organization responsible for the information. In that case, we may forward your request to the lender or provide instructions for contacting it directly. Armadillo will reasonably assist its customers with valid deletion requests.

Certain information may be retained when necessary to:

• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
• Maintain records of privacy requests.
• Protect the rights and safety of Armadillo, its customers, applicants, or others.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Disconnecting Meta or WhatsApp assets

A business customer may also request that Armadillo disconnect its Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, or related WhatsApp assets. Disconnecting Armadillo does not automatically delete assets owned by the customer within Meta or WhatsApp.
