These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, software, communications tools, and related services provided by Go Armadillo LLC (“Armadillo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Armadillo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Armadillo on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. The Armadillo Service
Armadillo provides software that helps lenders and other financial-services businesses communicate with applicants, collect application information and documents, follow up on incomplete applications, and manage related workflows through channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, telephone calls, and web-based interfaces.
Specific features, fees, service levels, and commercial terms may be established in an order form, subscription agreement, pilot agreement, or other written agreement with Armadillo. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement will control.
2. Armadillo Is Not a Lender
Armadillo is a technology provider. Armadillo does not:
- Offer or originate loans.
- Determine applicant eligibility.
- Approve or deny applications.
- Establish interest rates or lending terms.
- Provide legal, financial, credit, or investment advice.
- Guarantee that an applicant will receive financing.
Lenders remain solely responsible for underwriting, disclosures, licensing, fair-lending compliance, credit decisions, and all other obligations associated with their financial products.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers using Armadillo must:

- Review information before relying on it for a lending decision.
Customers may not use Armadillo to send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful solicitations, discriminatory content, or communications to individuals who have not provided any required consent.
4. Applicant Communications
When an applicant communicates through Armadillo, Armadillo generally acts on behalf of the applicable lender. The lender determines the information requested and the purposes for which it is used.
Applicants should review the lender’s disclosures and privacy notice. Questions concerning a loan, application decision, lending requirement, or financial product should be directed to the applicable lender.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may request that communications stop using the instructions provided in a message or by contacting the lender or Armadillo.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Armadillo may use automated and artificial-intelligence-assisted systems to generate communications, identify missing information, extract information from documents, check document quality or consistency, and organize application materials.
Automated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed when appropriate. Armadillo’s systems do not independently make final lending or credit decisions. Customers remain responsible for decisions made using information provided through the service.
6. Accounts and Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts. Customers must promptly notify Armadillo of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
Customers may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the service, obtain unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service to introduce malicious code.
